В честь 25-летия главного документа нашей страны посетил студентов Тульского сельскохозяйственного колледжа имени Ефанова.
В ходе встречи и общения со студентами атаман Альховик рассказал ребятам как создавалась наша Конституция.
3,5 года, 42 месяца или 168 недель продолжалось создание новой Конституции России. К главному закону страны приложили руки более 1000 человек. Всего предлагалось 20 проектов, но в итоге выбрали совместный труд Сергея Шахрая, Анатолия Собчака и Сергея Алексеева. Тогдашний президент страны Борис Ельцин самостоятельно внес 15 поправок в Конституцию. Одна из них — установление возрастного ценза при баллотировании в органы власти, до этого в любых выборах (даже президентских) могли участвовать кандидаты 18 лет и старше. В Конституции Российской Федерации исключены иноязычные выражения. Например, таких слов как «спикер», «импичмент», «парламент» или «сенаторы», там не встретишь. В братской Украине Конституция предполагает использование подобных слов. В России существует специальный экземпляр Конституции РФ, кладя руку на который новый президент страны приносит присягу народу. Эта версия главного закона выполнена из натуральной красной кожи варана, на обложке присутствует накладной серебряный герб России и тисненая золотом надпись «Конституция Российской Федерации». Он хранится в Кремле, в местной библиотеке и используется только во время инаугурации президента. Специальный экземпляр не является официальным символом президентской власти с 2000 года. Текст присяги президента перед народом закреплен в статье 82 Конституции РФ. Президент при инаугурации волен прикладывать руку к любому изданию Основного закона.
